Spectacular Service & communication with Jeff & Christian @ Hyundai Gallery! My 2014 Sonata had a very unexpected mechanical issue that Jeff was able to solve as he is a miracle worker!! Jeff was extremely professional & was in constant communication to make sure I was educated & aware of all the steps & $’s moving forward. Christian (Mechanic) returned my Sonata to me ahead of schedule & in perfect running order with a personalized test drive. Hats off to the service department at Hyundai Gallery. I highly recommend going to Hyundai Pembroke if you are looking for a new vehicle! It is a great experience all around! Ignoring service. I visited for the first time for service of my car. I picked up after the service and felt surprised by their complimentary vacuum inside the car. Anyway your concerns will be considered on the next appointment to fix this. Doesn't matter if you are paying the bill, you still need to remain standing until asked to be seated.Politely neglected behaviour.Never recommend!!!

My wife’s car had to be towed in unexpectedly. The Service Dept were able to squeeze it in to their schedule the next day and determined that it needed a much cheaper repair than he previously been thought. Much appreciated!
