It was great experience working with Daniel Lagast and Hyundai Hamilton. I wanted the car colour which I liked most and called Daniel to check if they have available. He was honest and professional and told us that there is one coming with VIN number available and did not hide any information (which was the case with other dealers).I highly recommend Hyundai Hamilton and salesperson Daniel Lagast and whole team. I recently had the pleasure of visiting the Hyundai dealership on Barton and Parkdale, and I must say that my experience exceeded all expectations. From start to finish, the dealership provided outstanding service, reasonable pricing, and demonstrated a commendable level of honesty. Unlike many other dealerships that I have personally been to, they didn't attempt to push any unnecessary extras or upsell me on products or services that I didn't need. I highly recommend this location!

I picked up my new Palisade today and cannot emphasize enough how impressed I was with the whole process from initial inquiries to taking home my vehicle. I worked with Charles Wolbert, who was amazing. He took the time to walk me through everything, was excited for me and most importantly made me feel like I wasn’t just another sale. I honestly haven’t worked with a better salesman than Charles! The whole staff at Hamilton Hyundai were so great and professional I would highly recommend them to anyone.

I 100% recommend anyone to go to this dealership. I had an awful experience at a different location and went out of my way to make the drive to Hamilton Hyundai and they did not disappoint. Such a great group of people who work here, all very kind, helpful, knowledgeable, and appreciative. 1-They had hidden the car until I signed up the paperwork. When I saw these door trims, they told don’t worry, we will replace it asap. After 6 months they called me to replace it but they only replaced 3 side trims out of 6. They said we are so sorry, our coordinator was a new hire, she made a mistake and sent me home with these unfixed doortrims again. Worst experience ever, it was my first car, not gonna buy a hyundai again!!2-You don’t have anywhere to hide, you brought this car from another branch after I signed the papers. It is an ongoing situation, I am expecting a call from you to get those parts fixed properly since you couldn’t fix the parts. And you are celebrating my 1st year anniversary with my brand new hyundai elentra!!!3-You were supposed to call me in 2 to 5 BUSINESS days based on Hyundai Canada. WHAT KIND OF CUSTOMER SERVICE IS THIS!!!

A LONG wait for an incredible car, but the dealer made it worth it. Great communication made the wait time seem short. I Would not hesitate to recommend.

After being on a search for a hybrid car and being told it would be a year+ wait and not being taken seriously at other dealerships, I was so happy to have found this dealership. Sumir helped me get a 2023 Tuscan Ultimate Hybrid so quickly considering the market right now—I was so shocked. He listened to me and made sure my first car purchase was one I would always remember. He was very transparent and helpful considering this is my first car. The car is absolutely a dream. Thank you Sumir and everyone at Parkdale Hyundai!!

I was a first time buyer and decided to purchase a 2017 Tucson which they said would charge 2100 just to safety certify the car and forced me to buy extended warranty for 3683. After I left the dealership I decided to not to go forward with the purchase because all other dealers aren’t charging for safety and not forcing extended warranty. Also the 2100 to certify the car gave me red flag about the car and required major repair.I decided not to go forward with the deal and asked for my $1000 deposit which they denied and the used car manager never got back to me and I had to call him next day.I would highly recommend to take your business elsewhere from this management who decides to cut corners and make money by manipulating customers and holding money that doesn’t belong to them.They lost a customer for life and have attached paperwork below as proof.
